New-build and refurbished housing accounts for 60% or thereby of the workload of the practice.

Clients include local authorities, housing associations, housing developers and private owners.

We have also been involved with several tenemental refurbishment schemes in Glasgow, Inverclyde, Dunoon and Rothesay for both private clients as well as Housing Associations.
